Bride or not, this 6-week bootcamp will help you feel more confident and sexy in your own skin! The resistance training workouts focus heavily on arms, abs, and assets--a woman’s three deadliest weapons. The intensity of the training increases every 2 weeks, as well as the amount of HIIT incorporated into each workout, to help you shred for your big day! This entire program is designed to be done in a gym or right at home with minimal equipment, whichever you are most comfortable with.
