MONTHLY COACHING SERVICES
Nutrition, Cardio, & Training:
Customized macros and cardio assignments based on goals. Meal guides available at additional cost.
Supplement and water intake suggestions based on goals.
Detailed guide explaining macros, how to track meals and alcohol, meal ideas, etc.
Monthly IN-APP training plan targeting all muscle groups (for gym and home) with a full core workout and information on how to properly engage your core.
Optional “Touch-Up” workout customized specifically to the muscle group you would like to improve the most, upon request.
Weekly check-ins with adjustments made to diet and cardio as needed, based on progress.
Full daily access to me via app messenger, email, or text from 8AM - 8PM (EST).
*In-App Features include: messaging; full training plans; video demonstrations for all exercises & full exercise library; ability to log workouts, PRs, & cardio; centralized location to record body stats, measurements, and progress photos.

PRE & POSTNATAL COACHING SERVICES
Training & Nutrition Guidance:
In-app resistance training plans based on pre-pregnancy exercise routine and expertise (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Training program for each trimester (trimesters 1-3), each broken down into 3 phases based on weeks.
Comprehensive pre & postnatal guide which includes information on: proper core engagement, diaphragmatic breathing, stretching, benefits of prenatal exercise, strength training and cardio guidelines and goals, and what to avoid for safety.
Postpartum exercise guidance including diastasis recti healing protocol, and postpartum & C-section recovery tips.
Pre & postnatal nutrition guidance on caloric and macro needs, superfoods, foods to avoid, and breastfeeding diet tips.
Vitamin and supplement suggestions to discuss with your doctor.
In-app check-ins, based on desired frequency, to track progress and keep you motivated.

Designed for gym or home, depending on what you have access to.
Full core workout with information on how to properly engage your core.
